E-Shop Menu - JoomAce LLC - Wrapper not working

Hi,

I just installed your latest free version to try it out. I have sh404SEF installed and that didn't matter at all. Your component installed fine and everything was looking good.

Then I just notice I get this message on a 'Wrapper' link.

'The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded.'

I on an up to date system, PHP 5+ and MySQL 5+ and Joomla 1.5.14. Just installed on a test type site no worries.

I want to buy your Pro version but I need an answer to this problem with the Wrapper and how to get rid of the section in the URL, I just want the category and article name in the URL.

How the URL looks is a simple setting in sh404SEF, but a bit confusing in AceSEF. Your product looks much better than any of the others but I need an answer to these basic simple settings that don't appear so simple?

I made a test and didnt get any error, can u plz give me a little more details abour the URL and the wrapper options plz?

Go to Extensions=>Content and set the "Add section to URL" to NO to rid the sectin from the URL.

Hi Dennis, thanks for the reply. Your suggestion may not have worked but I learned a great deal from your directions.

Denis I use the Joomla wrapper a lot. I use it like a portfolio type of display. I have tried all the setting that I can think of but I still need to make sure it's not a Rocketthemes template issue.

I will submit a support ticket later today if I am still having an issue with the wrapper.

The site I am dealing with right now is just one of my many test site so no hurry, I am sure we will figure it out!

This link never did have any section or category in it. It did work before I switch over to Ace from sh404SEF.

I did check the setting you mentioned in the 'Content' area. They were already set to 'No' for the section URL. I do have category set to yes and this was where I learned how to get the URL'S back to looking what they were like before and where I figured out how to get rid of the section part of the URL's

The latest version 1.1.2 that I just downloaded and installed at the problem site has solved the Wrapper issue. It is working now!
