with the latest release I thik there are a couple minor issues:
in com_weblinks.php in function buildRoute in the switch case 'categories' I think

is obsolete.
the way it is the component link is being displayed as links/categories instead of links
also in url repository filtering for weblinks
- in sef urls after editing a link
- in custom urls after setting a link to used or blocking a link
the filters are being reverted to sef urls/ all components
