Joomfish + VM sef url not created 1 Week, 2 Days ago Karma: 0
Hi, I have just bought your component and I'm tryning it.
Installed right and installed the virtuemart plugin too.

After installed the Joomla url are SEF but Vm url still not chanded, and if I go in any VM category or component I have this message befor the page:

No valid database connection You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=53〈=en'' at line 1 SQL=SELECT url_sef FROM jos_acesef_urls WHERE url_real = option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=53〈=en'

please can you help?

I have ccnewsletter too and if I enable the "terms" link in the registration module in the popup windows I have befor the text:

No valid database connection You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'option=com_content&view=article&id=53&tmpl=component'' at line 1 SQL=SELECT url_sef FROM jos_acesef_urls WHERE url_real = option=com_content&view=article&id=53&tmpl=component'

Everything without SEF enabled works right ...

thanks, Michele

Hi Michele,

Have you set the Router of these components in Routers page?

Best Regards

Hi I had chacked the routers but was all set to AceSef Extension , I thinked it ws the right one, but tried to check thasic rewrite and the problem was still here.

Tried to uninstall anbd then reinstall (3 times) at the last time I saw something different ... well I have done something different.
I installed the vm plugin, go immediatly to the routers option and see in the option that there was a new option (never see befor ...) for use the standard Joomla 1.5 router

Now the plugin works right, not know why, but after have changed the AceSEF configurations and tryed to look in the vm plugin option in the router pages now I don't see again the Joomla router option (now it work using the Acesef Extension option).

For the link in the module about the terms it still give me this message befor the text:

No valid database connection You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'option=com_content&view=article&id=53&tmpl=component'' at line 1 SQL=SELECT url_sef FROM jos_acesef_urls WHERE url_real = option=com_content&view=article&id=53&tmpl=component'

Hi Michele,

Well, there is a bug related with Routers that we've just fixed, reported in this topic:
www.joomace.net/support-forums/report-bu...google-webmaster#851

The ccNewsletter issue is the same because you have (can) not set the Router for that component.

We're going to release tomorrow the new version with this issue fixed.

Best Regards
