Hi Amanda,

Your issue is related with your server, the 404 error is a server side 404 error.

In your System Info I can not see the mod_rewrite installed, do a search yourself by going to Help->System Info->PHP Information

Your site gives 404 error even with AceSEF disabled.

Solution, check with your host provider the issue.
