hi there,

Web Link Category List Layout

with image set to 'none selected' in basic params no image is being displayed whih is what is the desired look

firebug displays:

Code:
We are regularly out on the Web. When we find a great site we list it.

however with AceSEF enabled IE7 displays that image not found error thingy and firebug is displaying:

Code:

We are regularly out on the Web. When we find a great site we list it.
