Hi!

I tried to install the new zoo extension in two diferent ways:

1) I downloaded the file from acesef site, and then I tried to install from acesef upgrade menu. I received this error:

JFolder::files: Path is not a folder

2) I tried to upgrade from the extensions menu. I clicked in the "Upgrade" button in the Ext. Status column, but I also receive an error like this:

* Componente Instalar: Another component is already using directory: "/home/mysite/public_html/components/com_acesef"
* Componente Instalar: Another component is already using directory: "/home/mysite/public_html/administrator/components/com_acesef"
* Extension is NOT installed


¿Any idea about what's happening?

1. You should install it from AceSEF=>Extensions page, there is an Install(Upgrade section there.

2. You've entered wrong Download-ID, enter the Download-ID of Zoo extension into Zoo extension parameters www.joomace.net/downloads/my-subscriptions

SOLVED!

Anyway, I never changed this Download-ID, and now I'd remembered that I had this same problem with the virtuemart download-ID. I guest that in some of the upgrades of the AceSef component these downloads IDS was changed by any reason that I can't understand now.

My subscription is near to end and I only want to say thank you, for all the times you solve my little problems. I hope God gives you the strength to keep on maintaing and improving this marvelous component.
