Ok, thank you for your "support" I've managed to solve the problem myself.

You should really point out the fact that if no download ID is entered, the component/extensions will not behave the way they should.
There is a "enter download id" notice but it does not sound critical. It made me ignore it.. in the future you might think in changing it into a more serious notice.. like "Warning, enter download id, else the AceSEF component will not work".

Anyway, this is a really good component, way better than Sh404sef, so I will bare with the poor support.
