First of all, thanks for this great component.
i'm using your last release 1.5.4 under Joomla 1.5.20.
All works well since several months with previous releases.

Now i decided to upgrade to 1.5.x and i discover that i obtain a blank white page with no error code when i try to display a form coming from Breezing forms.
any idea ? i downloaded also your free extension but it seems that's for a previous release of Breezint Forms not the last witch was renamed ...

Not sure if this is the same but I too have Breezing Forms 1.7.2, and when I publish a form in a menu item, I get a blank white page, but my issues go way beyond just the forms page, it seems like all my SEF URLs are FUBAR. I can load a page and the page is blank. I hit f5 and after some random amount if number of returns the page finally loads, but not Breezing Forms.

I downloaded the extension as well. Just out of curiosity I uninstalled it but it didn't seem to fix my issue.

For what its worth I uninstalled my PAID Virtuemart aceSEF extension and I don't have the same issues as I was once having.... I will update my other post. Sure it has to do with the new version release 1.5.4 and extensions.

JP, I solved my issue by turning off "Instant Cache" I guess maybe I had too many records, no more White pages and BreezingForms works great.
