Somewhere I have page titles with an "&" sign in it. When this is, the title of the page formatted bad: & goes ----> &amp

For example:
XY Club & Restaurant
become:
XY Club &amp Restaurant

I thought I correct it by hand in the SEF-urls part, but there's also correctly typed, so I don't know what to do.

Make sure you've AceSEF 1.3.3 installed and try to Purge URLs.
