Getting a 500 Error when clicking meta manager 3 Weeks, 1 Day ago

Hi,
I am receiving this message when I click the meta manager icon.
"500 - An error has occurred.
View not found [name, type, prefix]: metamanager,html,acesefView"
I am new onto the scene. The client of mine installed AceSEF prior to my coming onboard, but they said they have received the same error since installation.
Running:
mysql-5.0.77-4.el5_5.3
AceSEF = 1.3.12
php-mysql-5.1.6-27.el5
Joomla = 1.5.20
Let me know the next steps to resolve.

Hi Denis,
I upgraded and it resulted in broken URLs. At this point I want to get the current system working properly then go through the process of upgrading.
Is the version I am using broken, and that is causing the 500 error? If so, is there a patch to fix the broken version?

The latest AceSEF 1.3 version is stable and I don't know why you got such an error so plz, try to describe what you've done from the beginning to the end in details.
