I checked your website and your htaccess.txt file size is wrong, I changed to old .htaccess file from .htaccess to htaccess2.txt and I got upload new htaccess.txt file and rename it from htaccess.txt to .htaccess but it got message server error, error 500. You should contact to your server admin also read the AceSEF Requirement the following link

Also you do not forget, htaccess.txt file size should be 2.71 KB. Your old htaccess.txt file size was 2.63 KB

I restored the htaccess file, the server 500 error problem was due to line 25
Line 25. # Options +FollowSymLinks

I think that I fixed this issue. I set to No for "Enable Source Tracker" in italian is "Abilita sorgente Tracker" on AceSEF=>Configuration=>URLs. Plz check your webiste now.
