AceSEF is doing a great job, but we are getting hundreds of 404's for URLS's that we created by the standard Joomla SEF

I there a way to manage these?

That is normal because those URLs are not saved in AceSEF tables. To get the old URLs work with AceSEF you should configure proper AceSEF extension to generate URLs like default Joomla SEF (like Add item id to URL set to yes).

Thanks for the quick response.
I actually really like the URL's that AceSEF creates. What I really want to do is have all my old Joomla SEF URL's point to the new AceSEF - Would that be possible?
