Upgrade from 1.38 to 1.3.12 5 Months ago  
Hello,

When I try to upgrade from 1.3.8 to 1.3.12 I get the following errors:

* JFolder::files: Path is not a folder
* JFolder::folder: Path is not a folder
* JFolder::files: Path is not a folder
* ERRORNOTFINDJOOMLAXMLSETUPFILE
* Error: Upgrade not available

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in /home/fullylat/public_html/libraries/joomla/installer/helper.php on line 142
Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in /home/fullylat/public_html/libraries/joomla/installer/helper.php on line 142
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/fullylat/public_html/libraries/joomla/installer/helper.php on line 187

Any suggestions on how to fix?

Your "Path to Temp-folder" in Global Configuartion is wrong.

Upgrade from 1.38 to 1.3.12 4 Months, 4 Weeks ago  
I've never had a problem with this before do you know why now? I've always just hit upgrade and it does it with no problem. I wasn't sure because I waited so long to upgrade if the issue was jumping from 1.3.8 to 1.3.12. Or updating an extension before updating the main component.
