Hi,

I switched hosts (I have two) for my joomla installation because Godaddy didn't manage well in getting the htaccess file to work.
My other host does so I moved the whole Joomla site there. Backed up the database and managed to get it into the new installation.
For Acesef I deleted all the tables in the database, removed the component from the backend, but now when trying to install acesef again I'm getting the following error:

Plugin Install: Plugin "AceSEF" Already Exists!
It was not possible to copy the selected file.
JInstaller::install: Failed to copy file: /home/marion2u/public_html/tmp/install_4cea40f83dd98/com_acesef_plus/acesef.xml to /home/marion2u/public_html/administrator/components/com_acesef/acesef.xml
Component Install: Could not copy setup file

I tried to remove the plugins from the backend but they can't be deleted because:
Plugin Uninstall: Manifest File invalid or not found

What can I do to make the installation work without any errors on the new site with the old database settings (for content, k2,...)

You need to delete the "System - AceSEF" and "System - AceSEF Metadata (Content)" named records from jos_plugins table.

BTW, if you've removed the jos_acesef_extensions table then all your old database settings (for content, k2,...) for AceSEF has been deleted.

The previous version I had was the free version and the joomla installation was hacked so I prefered to start all over again (except for the content).
