Cant Install Upgrade

Before you lock this thread please check the history - You will see that we first reported this issues in Jan 10 - It was never resolved and we gave up due to lack of support. We tried to get this back up again last month and again found a poor response from support. Would appreciate an opportunity to respond before you lock the thread next time. You mentioned that the download id wasnt showing due to 6 months passing - It never showed from day 1.

The problem persists as below:

Anyone else getting the following when trying to upgrade ACESEF:
UNKNOWNARCHIVETYPE
Error: Upgrade not available

Tried following these instructions:

When I get the the bit that needs our DownloadID I get stuck - My order pages doesnt show a download id even though we paid for the product.

Have tried logging a support ticket but it seems to be being ignored so I'm hoping someone else might have an answer?

You've bought AceSEF Pro 6 about 10 months ago, the subscription period of 6 packages is 6 months:

Download ID & link disappeared:

You need to re-purchase AceSEF in order to get the updates.

Hi Denis

If you check the tickets for my account you will see we logged this back in January and it was never resolved.

Please can you help us bring the version up to the latest version within our paid subscription time. If we can get this working then we can look at resubscribing.

As a side note - I didnt appreciate being denied access to the ticket system - Obviously think it only reasonable that any outstanding tickets raised within the subscription period are resolved - Perhaps you disagree?

I've checked your tickets and I say again, you've bought AceSEF Pro 6 about 10 months ago, your subscription period has ended that's why you can't get the latest version.

Surely there is an obligation on your part to help us resolve tickets that were logged within that period. Please check our tickets from January 2010 and you will see this was unresolved.

Repeating, I've checked your tickets, there is no unresolved issue there.

As for your last ticket, you're looking in wrong place, read instructions:

Last words, your subscription has ended and you need to re-purchase to get updates. Topic closed.
