Paypal not secured 3 Weeks, 1 Day ago  
Well the paypal connection is, but it's telling other areas are not secure. You can clarify this? this is the first time I see someone having a paypal payment option with and "X" and no green secure icon. (using chrome browser)

Generally not a Paypal problem, your header images for the checkout process being used with Paypal are probably not being served via SSL.
