Thanks a lot, that did the trick, this is the best search component for K2 items...it resolves the problem of searching trough articles for 2 or 3 letter words. The possibility of selecting the search length for the words is awesome. I'll go for the pro version asap. On more thing, I have some problems with the categories in where the items are located, as they are not displayed in search results any idea why is that...

I've purchased the k2 extension for the acesearch component and I get this error in it:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/rkar3670/public_html/libraries/joomla/html/html/select.php on line 68
I'm guessing it;s a problem with the access levels...the list is empty...i'm running on joomla 1.5.25, also tested in the .23 same problem...I've also noticed that after a fresh install everithing works ok...after modifing a parameter in extensions(let's say not displaying categories or section) everithing blows to pieces and the component doesen't display a thing.
