RSS Factory PRO extension NOT FUNCTION

We buy AceSef Pro (+) RSS Factory PRO extension(AceSef), and (+) RSS Factory PRO component ...

the intention is for to generate feeds urls. However, the acesef not generate urls, so little sitemap.

What happens? How to troubleshoot or configure?

PHP Built on?
Other component version (the component related with the AceSEF extension), in your case RSS Factory?
Confirmation that works as expected using the core Joomla SEF (with AceSEF disabled)?
What is the non-SEF (Real URL) that you are facing this issue?

In this link there is a rss, read by Factory Pro .. But ACESEF no URL generates.

How to understand the interest in purchasing a new product, support, if the system does not seem to work.

Our question is very simple: In acesef, we want to generate urls / sitemap, from the "feeds" read by RSS Factory PRO component. Is it possible?

We bought the ACESEF_PRO and ACESEF FACTORY EXTENSION for this!
