AdsManager and modules

Good time
I have recently installed AdsManager AceSEF, it works perfectly. i only dont know how to show the related modules like search, Menu's and etc on each page. All modules show in The main page but after navigating to categories ,the cant be show any more, if on module Manager i select All in menu Assignment box it will be okay but i need to use " Select menu Item from the list" option and the subcategories are not in that menu list.
Will Appreciate if you advise me to solve the Problem
