This is still a problem in 1.2 - NO SEF URL is being generated for certain catgories and sections in SOBI2. You must leave the router at ACE BASIC rerwrite or some sobi2 categories will be broken.

Denis I was reading your thread with Justin on the Kunena issue with the special charachters causing 404's when used in the meta generation tags. Sure enough when I checked the categories that were causing 404's they had special charachters. First I deleted the characers from the desc, title etc. Purged and then everything wasa working! I then put the special charachters back in went in to the extensions procerties in ACESSEF for SOBI2 and turned off the meta settings and presto the categories worked. I am not as thorough as Justin but I did determine that #,: were all causing issues.
