Problem with Administrator after installing AceSEF VIP

I can't load up the backend administrator after doing a fresh install directly from the .ZIP file I downloaded after entering my download ID.  I do not get an error message, the hourglass simply spins forever and never loads up.

I need this fixed ASAP or suggestions on what I can/need to do.

I can't find any order (above all VIP) from you, what is your Order ID?

I am getting this message when I tried to update automatically.  It says latest version ?.?.?

File not uploaded, please, make sure the "Global Configuration=>Server=>Path to Temp-folder" is valid.

It took over 10 minutes to load the upgrade page.

I am not sure the order ID, it was purchased many months ago.  We purchased the product (before it was the VIP suite) for our domain BidAlert.com.  We are now going to put it on our other website (www.dec-international.com).

I'm sorry but we need the Order ID, PayPal Transaction ID or login with the account that has ordered the package.

You can't do a search on BidAlert.com and find that our site has been using your product for months and months?  Really?
