After upgrade 1.3.13 version to 1.51, there is a blank screen comes

After upgrade 1.3.13 version to 1.51, there is a blank screen comes

Hello,
I am using Joomla 1.5.20 and virtuemart 1.1.5.
I just click the upgrade button, upgrade 1.3.13 to 1.51
And there is a blank screen both firefox and explorer.
And also when I try to access the login screen, it does not seems. Instead of login screen, a blank page comes.
How can I correct this.
