Re-installed AceSEF after upgrade - Forums Task Topic P 1 Id 7108
Re-installed AceSEF after upgrade issue and now it doesn't do anything
We've been using AceSEF on our new site for a couple of months and it's been working well. Yesterday we upgraded to 1.5 and lost access to the site. Our web hosts restored the DB and Files from the morning backup and the problems were still there. We managed to finally uninstall 1.5 (although the DB tables, plugins and language files didn't uninstall and we manually removed them) and then did a clean reinstall. The install has completed but now although we are not getting an error messages, we are not getting any URLs, Custom 404s or Metadata.
The backened reports that everything is enabled, it just doesn't do anything. Please could you help? Thank you.

Did you get any error message during the upgrade?
Could you plz open a ticket including a super admin account?

OK, posted a ticket with the details. Got a number of errors during the upgrade relating to elements that were not removed after uninstallation of 1.3.1. These were
Language files
Plugins still existing
When I tried to unistall the plugins they wouldn't - error with the manifest. Manually deleted the entries in jos_plugins
When I was editing the database I saw that all the jos_acesefxxxxxxxx tables were still there
