(SOLVED) SOBI Search not working - Forums Task Topic P 1 Id 1929

Just a heads up that it the search feature of SOBI is not working with ACESEF enabled. Thanks

SOLVED - This was caused by a hidden menu item with the name Search. It was creating a duplicate url to the sobi url and trying to load both at the same time. The only difference in the real URLS was the ITEM ID. No error messages were being generated just a white screen after pressing search. Once I deleted the URL generated for the search in the hidden menu the search worked. The alternative is to rename the menu item in the hidden menu's to be something different - searchX for example. This ensures no problematic URL conflict even after you delete the problem url.
