double quote in sef-url

when you have a tilted double quote in an articles title, the sef-url gets the doublequote as well!

example title:
kinderhartcentra”

sefurl:
/kinderhartcentra”

to my great surprise the link actually worked, but it probably best to filter out all wierd characters from the title before making them into an url. See my other post for using the alias of an article for use in sef-urls:

Thank you Carsten, we've added that char to be removed directly in the next version.
