Bought PRO 12 but can only download PLUS 6

I purchased a subscription for ACESEF PRO 12, but can only download ACESEF Plus 6. My subscription area info is correct, payment info, etc all correct. But download option is wrong version and length of subscription.

Could you please check on this and fix?

Just got an e-mail that it's the same download. It's in the FAQ, too, as it turns out.

But hey, I AM a Pro customer, not a non-customer! smile
