Upgraded to latest release - Can't get Section out of URL's!

Since the upgrade, all our URL's changed and we CAN'T get the URL's to change back to the old format.

Old URL: http://www.tech-faq.com/linksys-router-password
New URL: http://www.tech-faq.com/passwords/links … r-password

We're deeply damaged.  We can't get our site back even from downgrading AceSEF.  We're losing 70k UV's/day because of this.

Here are some of our settings:

Add article ID       No
Add category to URL     No
Add category ID     No
Add section to URL     No Add section ID     No
Add suffix to category
