How do I un-use a new member of a list?
How do I un-use a new member of a list?
I had several similar SEF, so I marked one of them as used. I changed the SEF URL of the one marked as used, and then pressed save and move. Then I unpublished unused ones, because I had changed the SEF for the used one.
But, when I browse more through the site, more SEF's are added, similar to the ones above, and which I also want to mark as unused.
How do I do that? If I just press the star of this single SEF, it goes grey, and not hollow orange as the rest of the un-used ones.

You should not change the SEF URL part after setting as Used. If you did, then you should select another one as Used.

But I don't really understand that part. I have 4 SEF's which are the same, I want to shorten them, and mark one of them as the one to use. Why can't I change the used one?

Because the "Used" function works with the SEF part of the URL and you've changed it. You should create a "Moved URL" that redirects from the old one to the new one.
