1.3.10 Free version after installation some blank pages in backend

Hi support! I test free AceSef version. After installation I receive blank page. Pressing Back button correct situation, but Two section of menu won't work.  This sections are MAIN and EXTENSIONS. How to correct?
Debug log is blank.

What is your Joomla and PHP versions?
