UNKNOWNARCHIVETYPE Error: Upgrade not available
UNKNOWNARCHIVETYPE Error: Upgrade not available
UNKNOWNARCHIVETYPE Error: Upgrade not available
I have tried to upgrade AceSEF 1.3.2 to 1.3.9. When I click the "Upgrade" button, I immediately receive the message:
* UNKNOWNARCHIVETYPE
* Error: Upgrade not available
I have checked my account and it is valid until 17/07/2010 and I had 27 downloads remaining when I tried to upgrade. It now shows that I have only 24, which suggests that my 3 Upgade attempts were treated as downloads even though the upgrade did not take place. What is wrong?

Please excuse my wimpish question but will the manual upgrade be straight forward?
Do I need to uninstall first? It is just that the last time I uninstalled and tried to reinstall, I crashed it. Perhaps it is easier now?
