Was this ever resolved? I had the same issue with the Artio extension which is based on this one, as far as I am aware, and I was never able to get a resolution. I'd happily buy this one, if it actually worked.

It seems we had a communication problem with the customer and don't know what's the latest situation of this issue.
Ratings/Reviews on the Joomla Extension Directory are always appreciated.
