(SOLVED)How to get download ID's for Extensions?
I no longer have my original email when I purchased my extensions. I went in to the download area of my extensions and tried to use the download id at the end of the URL but that did not work. Thanks

PS - Thanks for the great product. I have learned a lot about url's using ACESEF and now better understand how powerful this software is. Thanks again.

(SOLVED)- Check the FAQ. Denis it would be nice if the FAQ was inside the forum so it would show when a user does a search.

David, you know that saying "did not work" doesnt help us too much, did you have any error message, screeshot etc?

I think you missunderstand. I don't have a ACESEF problem just a question. I don't know where to get the value to put in this field called "download id" that is in the properties of each of your paid extensions. What is the right value and where do I get? On your website it says to get it off the email used when purchasing it but I lost the email find that.
When I did use the Download ID off the URL's in the website when pushing the "upgrade" button in the ACESEF extensions adminstrator screen nothing happens.
