Control Panel Issue with 1.2.0

Just performed upgrade to 1.2.0

My Acesef control panel now looks like this:

same problem here,
I also get this error in the control pannel :
Fatal error: Call to undefined function apache_get_modules() in /home/xxx/www/joomla/administrator/components/com_acesef/views/acesef/tmpl/default.php on line 261

and when I'm editing sef urls,regarding the real url colums, it does not open the sef-urls editing window (like in previous version of acesef) but redirects to administrator/sef! urls .... useless

Editing URL issue has been fixed, download and perform an upgrade again plz.

Control Panel, from which version are you upgrading? I've tested upgrading from 1.1.0, 1.1.1, 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 but there is not such an error (with debug mode on and Maximum error reporting).

How to upgrade AceSEF from 1.3 to 1.5
