1 - problem
i have the same error reported here:

i can't download anything from VM area, with my account i can't login to the VM section, could you verify ?
2 - a question:
i have bought many extension for sh404 and jomsef from denisdulici.com, i have seen after made my acesef subscriprion that there is the pro plan for convert the extension to acesef, could i upgrade to the pro-plan so i can receive the same extension for acesef for free ?

It will come. Just seems that the support team has been off for some time now. Hopefully they will return stronger.

- You can not download from VM area because you've purchased a subsription and there is a Download Area for subscribers and I can see that you've downloaded the file on 28 Oct 2009, 10:59PM
- The error does not effect you, as I mentioned above you can download the purchased poduct.
- An email has been sent to you regarding upgrading to pro plan, have you recieved it?
