Best way to handle Category Root
Best way to handle Category Root
I would like users to be able to go to www.mysite.com/products and be redirected to a page I specify. Of course when I do this through AceSEF a joomla database name with SEF the url reads www.mysite.com/products.
I would like to force www.mysite.com/products to a page like www.mysite.com/products/example.html
Is there away to accomplish this?? I tried doing a htaccess hack redirecting from /products/index.html to /products/example.html -- but no luck.

For now AceSEF does not support 301 redirect but it will in the next version. You can also use this component for this:
