Same URLs for articles in category

Denis, i did become a PLUS customer , but this issues is disabling the site.

AceSEF was working fine, then i started getting these issues:

1. Same URLs for articles in category i have Acesef 1.1.3 ,alphacontent extension 1.01 and AlphaContent 4.0.13
Surprisingly the same Url does not apply to all categories

2. my locked urls became 404

what do i need to change to fix this, my site is based on Alpha content

Code:

http://www.thesikencyclopedia.com

Thanks
Manny
