What is your AceSEF version?
What is your Joomla version?
What is your PHP version?
What is your MySQL version?
Are you using a UNIX/Linux or Windows based server?
Confirmation that works as expected using the core Joomla SEF (with AceSEF disabled)?
Have you tried to change the Router from AceSEF=>Extensions page?
Are you using caches? If yes, have you tried to disable them all?
What is the SEF & Real URLs that you're facing this issue?

Hello, could you please help me.

I can not take out hthe doubled name in the url. I allready tried a lot...
I want an url like this sp-immobilienservice.de/kontakt
And also this one could not be found...?

Even after deinstalling and cleaning the cache the prolem still persist...

but wether I set the Skip prefix / menu to yes or no...my site is not rechable anymore even after disabling ACESEF.

What is please happening here???

sp-immobilienservice.de/kontakt is normaly no 404 Error but a contact page...

...actually it seems like this, but...
I just created a new article with an alias named kontaktformular.
I choosed this option because the article with the alias "kontakt" is, I don t know why, not available any more.
Then I choosed to change his alias in ACESEF from kontakt/kontakt to kontakt,
But even this change does not make the url .../ kontakt recheable.
So...after trying and reading the tutorials and even after disablng and uninstalling ACESEF, the url with the alias "kontakt" is not available anymore to me...
Can someone please help.
I can provide superadmin access.

Disabled Nonumber cache cleaner....
...now it works :-)
