TOPIC: Major Error on Upgrade

I purchased the next version from basic, and received a download Id. I attempted to upgrade automatically, with no success. I then downloaded the file and user the install/unistall tool in joomla and I received the attached error.

Now, the extension is not accessible, with multiple 404 errors.
