2. Do not start discussing new issues in existing threads, start a new thread for new issues.

3. When describing a problem, always remember to state the versions of software components (AcePolls, Joomla, PHP, MySQL - don't say latest, numbers plz) you are using (all that may be related to problem).

4. Write maximum information describing the problem, such as full error outputs, screenshots, behaviour etc. Writing simply "it does not work" does not help much and most likely, your post will be ignored.

404 sudden failures after vote

Hi,

My poll has worked perfectly since I added it. However suddenly this morning, I see that after voting I get a 404 error page:

www.maxgeekweb.com/components/acepolls/p...r-are-you-using.html

This gives me a 404 error.

If I click back, the vote has been registered, but I cannot click the Details link - it gives me the same page and same error. The only thing I can think has changed is that I have a new domain - was testing on maxgeekweb3.com, but it appears to be broken there as well. Any problems with Joomla 1.7 and native SEF?

Even this though - I've had SEF turned on since I started the site and the poll was working...

Site has no Flash or other components installed - really basic implementation.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

AcePolls 1.0.8 has been released which fixes this issue. Update it please.
