4. Write maximum information describing the problem, such as full error outputs, screenshots, behaviour etc. Writing simply "it does not work" does not help much and most likely, your post will be ignored.

XML error when I turn on AJAX voting.

Joomla version: 1.5.22 Demo
AcePolls version: 1.0.6
Template: Cloudy
PHP, MySQL version: I don't know :(

I have setup AcePolls on my website and it was working fine for a day or so, but when I switch AJAX voting to "YES" and I vote on my website, I get a blank page with in a grey bar at the top the sentence:


"This XML-file does not appear to have associated style information. The document tree is shown below."


and below that in the blank part:

In the adress bar I see my site name with at the end just: ....../index.php

when I turn off the AJAX voting I dont get the error anymore.
But then I get the results two times, one time in the user1 position where I have placed the module and a second one in the article/content position (both on the new page that loads as soon as I hit "vote").
they aren't quite the same looking, the first one is what I think the acepolls result bars, and the second one is clearly recognizable as the Joomla! default way.

I have tested this (and got the error) on several computers in the browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Opera and Safari.
I also have tried to reinstall AcePolls, but with no succes on the error.

I want the results showing only in the user1 position where I placed it and not also in the article/content position.
And i want the results to show without loading a new page.
I dont want to use the Joomla! default way or the pie chart because I think the Acepolls bars are sleeker and it isn't needed to show the results twice of course:P .

I am very grateful for any help, because I'm not experienced and I think AcePools is the best voting/polling extention.

Same issue here with AJAX enabled.

Joomla 1.5
AcePolls 1.0.7

Would be great if we could figure out what is causing this.

AcePolls 1.0.8 has been released which fixes this issue. Update it please.
