I just checked your website. This issue appears because of Mosets Hot Property component. Turn AceSEF off and try with Joomla! SEF, you will see that issue there too.
So you should contact with Hot Property component developers and report them the "double" ? issue, it should be just one.

Actually, these links seems that they go to the right page. For example:
index.php?option=com_hotproperty&view=searches&layout=results&Itemid=1?Field[price][from]=200&Field[price][to]=30000
However, it does not look well.

i'll check that again.
Do you mind removing the domain part of the URL you paste. It is a test server which will be deleted after i fix the problem, so it will be irrelevant in a few days or week.

I'd rather keep it private please.

Regarding, your post, i just tried again with only the joomla core SEF activated, emptied the cache to be sure; and the search actually works fine.

as a test search you can just enter 2000 and 3000 as the "from" and "to" for the price and select the first option in the "district" list.
you will see that with AceSEF enabled you get about 30 properties as a search results with the wrong criteria since it shows properties at 750$, 1300$ ...

But if i use only the joomla core SEF, the same search returns only 3 properties with with the right criteria.

So the problem is not coming from Mosets Hot Property since it's working fine with no SEF and with the joomla SEF.

Have you tried this with setting the "Router" of Hot Property extension to "Component's router" from AceSEF=>Extensions?

I tried and it's not working either. And i don't want to change the the URL structure. We've done some SEO work and i don't want to change the links as i would need to make a massive amount of 301 redirection. And the new URLs are not really pretty.

Everything was fine until i upgraded AceSEF and the extension.

I know you can point me to the refund policy that says that all sales are final, and if there is a problem, wait for the upgrade. Which sound very microsoft like as a policy if you ask me.
I don't want any refund, i just want to have my search working and live in peace
But the bottom line is: this extension does not work and upgrading it broke everything.
And my search results are wrong which is the essence of a real estate website.

Support to fix the issue would be greatly appreciated. All the FTP and admin access are still valid if you need to login.

No, I won't point you to the refund policy, I always try to solve issues because it perfects my product.

Anyway, I guess I've solved you issue, it was caused by "Duplicated URLs" issue, the advanced search page and the search results page was pointing to the same page, now it's working:
search/results.html?Field[propertytype]=House&Field[district]=Ba+Dinh
