I was fighting with this all day.

I use a new variable in virtuemart to be able to show all the products of a manufacturer when someone select this manufacturer from the browse or the details page, whatever....

The case is that this new variable "manufacturer_all = true" is always appended to the url.
I have added it to the nonSEF variables List inside "Global Variables" inside "URLs" tab into the Configuration of AceSef. I think this is the correct place, isn't it?

There is another variable that sometimes is also appended to the URL "vmcchk". I don't know why this variable is appended. Anyway, I have added to the same place that the other variable, but doesn't work either.

Yes is the right place, there you can add variables for all extensions. After adding variables, first clean cache, delete old URLs of these variables and then generate new ones.
For the second variable, we have no idea too. You should contact with developers.
Don't forget, when you add a variable to non-SEF list, there could appear duplicated URLs.
