Website Completely Down after update to Zoo 1.5.7 1 Month, 2 Weeks ago

Hi!

I'd tried to update my web to 1.5.7 version of Zoo extension, and after that my website went completely down. I tried to install with the downloaded installer form my computer, and from your server with the update button. From my computer the extension is installed but all the website fail. But from the installer on your server the install process failed with a message like "another file is using the directory of the Zoo component...."

¿Any Idea?

By the way!
Since some weeks, I'm receiving spam from your server, telling me that I'm suscribed to a post that I'm really not. But, I supposed that you just know this kind of things.

I believe you can solve my problem.
