content: how to config so url is like menu-structure in category blog? 3 Months, 2 Weeks ago

I've been on this for hours trying to figure this out.
Example menu:
performances/future
performances/past
The above are com_content category blog urls. I just want them like the menu-structure (like the Joomla SEF and like ACEsef version 1.3.4 (which I just uninstalled :-| )).
In the main config I set to use the menu-part.
When I set in extensions/content to skip the menu I get this:
future
past
When I set in extensions/content to NOT skip the menu I get this:
performances/future/future
performances/past/past
The above is even when I set not to use categories in the output.
How to get? :
performances/future
performances/past

So we have:
1. Performances as Parent Menu
2. Future as Submenu which points to Future category
right? If so, setting to No the "Add category to URL" should be enough.

sorry, that was not entirly clear.
performances/future/future = menu-item/menu-item/category
but show category in url is disabled in the content-extensions config!

Issue fixed, update Content extension to 1.5.1, clean cache first.
