problem with agora extension 8 Months, 4 Weeks ago

hi
I am having trouble with the agora extension.
the extension seems to create several urls for the main forum page.
for
site.com/forum I have 3 different in SEF urls table.
/forum - index.php?option=com_agora&Itemid=198&task=topic
/forum - index.php?option=com_agora&Itemid=198&key=2313180f754b0564a91ce96b56e38340&task=rss
/index.php?option=com_agora&Itemid=198
needless to say, this breaks my site navigation, and after entering forum, and clicking around a bit, the /forum points to the wrong link all the time...
I tried creating a ticket, but got a 403 - no access

Ticket System is only for Pro Customers.
Go to AceSEF=>Extensions=>Agora=>non-SEF variables and enter these words:
key, task=topic, task=rss
