404 custom error page question 1 Year, 2 Months ago

I have the current AceSEF, and saved a custom 404 error page. However, my 404 site design displays below several php warnings, and secondly the article information is pushed down so one has to scroll down to read the 404 error message. Am I doing something wrong? Here is the code that prints above my website 404 page:
Warning: fileowner() [function.fileowner]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/johowdy.com/public_html/logs/acesef_404.log) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/johowdyc/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/php4/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php4/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/johowdyc/public_html/joomla/libraries/joomla/filesystem/path.php on line 212
Warning: fopen() [function.fopen]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/johowdy.com/public_html/logs/acesef_404.log) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/johowdyc/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/php4/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php4/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/johowdyc/public_html/joomla/administrator/components/com_acesef/classes/404handler.php on line 18

.............then
I changed my path in the admin/configuration>Advanced>404 error files to read
/home/johowdyc/public_html/logs/acesef_404.log
and the warning message was SHORTER, at least:
Warning: fileowner() [function.fileowner]: stat failed for /home/johowdyc/public_html/logs/acesef_404.log in /home/johowdyc/public_html/joomla/libraries/joomla/filesystem/path.php on line 212
Warning: fopen(/home/johowdyc/public_html/logs/acesef_404.log) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/johowdyc/public_html/joomla/administrator/components/com_acesef/classes/404handler.php on line 18

If you use AceSEF, please support us by posting a rating and a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory

I found that my AceSEF Configuration>Advanced>404 errors file path was incorrect. I have my site on a subdomain (redirected to the subdomain from the main url). My correct path is :
/home/myAccountName/public_html/SubdomainName/logs/acesef_404.log
I tested it in IE8, Chrome, FF3 - all working great!
Now, still need to fix the Contact page to SEF, for some reason it remains a long (original) extension with numbers, etc. despite changing the AceSEF>Extension>Contact or the Extension>Content....still playing!
