Yes you can, it's name should be "Facebook (with counter)" in AceSEF=>Social Bookmarks page. If you've upgraded then you should install the bookmarks:

You should add the {acesef Facebook2} placeholder to where you want to display it. This is a must for bookmarks in Badge and Iconset types.
