I am also having problems installing through the method mentioned in your documentation page. Joomla's Extention Manager gives me this:

"JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Warning! Failed to move file."

I am using Joomla Version 1.5.12 and VirtueMart 1.1.3.

I am not a developer so some very detailed instructions would be helpful.

Thanks for the reply Denis. If I purchase the Install service for $39, will that service take care of this JFolder issue for me? I do not have the joomla knowledge to work through even the simple issues. I just want to use your extension to get my url's in order.
