Fatal Error when upgrading to 1.51 version 2 Months, 3 Weeks ago
Just update from 1.3 to 1.5 but got fatal error (blank screen) when use auto upgrade.
Fatal error: Class 'AcesefConfig' not found in /home2/agroxyz/public_html/administrator/components/com_acesef/library/factory.php on line 21

Both website and administrator website can''t access.
Try to rename /public_html/administrator/modules/mod_acesef_quickicons but it won't work. continue rename /public_html/administrator/components/com_acesef folder then I can open the administrator site and website.

I try to follow instruction as describe in www.joomace.net/support/docs/acesef/how-...cesef-from-13-to-15, but the same problem came out. What is the solution for this problem? Pls help.

I am also experiencing this issue. Manually upgrading from 1.3.12 to 1.5.4.

I added the new update.php file to the specified location "administrator/components/com_acesef/models". I'm doing this in one of my dev environment, so after several failed attempts. I chmod'ed the whole folder to 777 thinking the upgrade may be writing to a folder that it didn't have permission to....to no avail. Still receiving the following error, which obviously blanks the site:

[Thu Oct 07 12:40:54 2010] [error] [client 192.168.100.109] PHP Fatal error: Class 'AcesefConfig' not found in /home/webmaster/devrack1.xxx.com/html/administrator/components/com_acesef/library/factory.php on line 21

Apply these steps plz:

OPEN
Code:

administrator/components/com_acesef/configuraiton.php

FIND
Code:

class acesef_configuration

REPLACE
Code:

class AcesefConfig

.

Then go to AceSEF=>Configuration and save once.

Re: Fatal Error when upgrading to 1.51 version 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago
After I updated the Acesef config the site went from blank to responding without SEF URL's. I then went into the configuration in Joomla admin and saved the acesef config. This resulted in 2 major issues. The first issue is it says my dev site had an untrusted connection(not to a https url). After I ignored the untrusted connection error the whole site took a dump and was inaccessible. I received the following errors and the only thing that was accessible was the Joomla administrator council. I have no extra plugins or components running.

Also I upgraded to 1.5.5 not 1.5.1 since it was the newest version.

Re: Fatal Error when upgrading to 1.51 version 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago
Also it appears that all of my existing sefurls have been moved into a table called jos_acesef_urls_upgrade and the jos_acesef_urls table is empty. Am I going to lose all of the urls I created in this upgrade? Some of them were customized to properly fill out my sitemap.

Thanks,

Justin

How many URLs did you have in total before upgrading?

Re: Fatal Error when upgrading to 1.51 version 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago
we have about 700 articles and about 800-850 sef urls. Another thing I noticed after I went into the acesef configuration and saved under the new config(this is when the site broke completely) is some of the buttons images were missing.
