I bougt the pro version and tried to install some extension. After uploading on the extension page, nothing happens. So I decided to ftp the extensions to my server.

The extensions then do appear in the extension list. The free extensions ie xmap, can be upgraded.

I also bought Zoo AceSEF. I also uploaded it via ftp. But the system refuses to upgrade this extension.

1. Why can't I upload extensions via the normal procedure?
2. Why is the Zoo-extensions not upgradable?

Please solve these two issues.

The issue of upgrading the zoo extension is now solved. I discoverd that each extension has its own download-id. So I pasted the download-id of zoo in its extension page. After that, the upgrade went fine.

Nevertheless, I still cannot install extensions.

Don't use Chrome browser plz.

Chrome is the best performing browser. IE is a pain in the ass and firefox is quit slow. I'll give firefox a try.
